In our group, you will receive close supervision from a member of staff and the group leader, and you will also have a workspace in the group for the duration of your thesis.
This means that you will not only benefit from a lively culture of discussion but also experience modern bioinformatics research in action every day.
We offer exciting topics for bachelor's and master's theses in the context of our ongoing research and cooperation projects for interested students of bioinformatics and medical informatics, and in exceptional cases also computer science and media informatics.
We invite students to contact us directly with their topic requests in addition to the topics published on this website.
A topic can also be designed directly according to the student's interests.
