Welcome to the Integrative Transcriptomics Research Group!
Our research focus is on the:
- development of (web-)tools that allow the analysis of genomics, transcriptomics and/or proteomics data;
- visualization of the data obtained from omics-analysis tools;
- analysis of (ancient) (pan-)genomic data;
- analysis of expression data and of the transcriptome's architecture of prokaryotes;
- development of machine learning methods for dimensionality reduction;
- analysis of proteomics data using machine learning methods.
