Welcome to the Integrative Transcriptomics research group!
Our research focus is on the:
development of (web-)tools that allow the analysis of genomics, transcriptomics and/or proteomics data;
visualization of the data obtained from omics-analysis tools;
analysis of (ancient) (pan-)genomic data;
analysis of expression data and of the transcriptome's architecture of prokaryotes;
development of machine learning methods for dimensionality reduction;
analysis of proteomics data using machine learning methods.
