In particular we would like to advertise the course "Electron microscopy and -spectroscopy with the examples of low-dimensional materials", which takes place every summer semester during the lecture-free time (exact timing by agreement). Here, you obtain an insight into the possibilities of aberration-corrected transmission electron microscopy and the current research on low-dimensional materials. The course consists of lectures, exercises and practical work on electron microscopes of the newest generation.
