Nicolai Sinai (Oxford), an expert in Islamic studies, will serve as Senior Researcher and consult the project in its entirety.

The following specialists will provide topical support: Emiliano Fiori (Venice, Syriac Christianity), Andrew Marsham (Cambridge, early Islam), Shari Lowin (Stonehill College, Judaism), James Montgomery (Cambridge, Arabic poetry), and Loren Stuckenbruck (Munich, Ethiopic Christianity). Dr. Valentina Grasso (New York University) will officially join the project in October 2023.
