Anneke Schmidt

My focus is on supporting scientists in implementing innovative and cross-institutional initiatives and projects. To this end, I draw on extensive experience in acquiring, implementing and coordinating projects from various funding institutions in the field of education. I manage the flow of communication between a large number of cooperation partners and stakeholders and provide them with structures and processes that make it easier for them to work together. To this purpose, I use approaches from agile project management, strategic management and change management and adapt them to the specific conditions of the university and the projects.
