Homa Yazdani

Media Ethics, Philosophy of Technology and AI

Dr. Homa Yazdani is a Post-Doc researcher at IZEW. She studied Physics for BA, and completed her MA and Ph.D. in philosophy of science and technology in Iran. Meanwhile she had a journey into theological studies and media skills, as well as engaging in policy-making projects about the social implications of technology development. Since 2023, she has been in Germany as a T@T fellow at Tubingen University, teaching and researching the pros and cons of using digital devices and electronic texts for reading which brings up many questions about the reader's cognition and emotion.
