If possible, please submit room requests directly via the Alma room management system. If this is not possible, please send your request to all three theology room administrators to enable better coordination of room allocation. Please note that teaching events of the three theologies must be prioritised.

• Date and time (from/to)
• Event type/title
• Number/room requirements
• Number of participants
