Dr. Felix Schreiber

Felix Schreiber has been employed as a research associate at the Institute of Education Science, Department of School Education, at the University of Tübingen since May 2018. He completed his Ph.D. (Dr. rer. soc.) Wissenschaftsforschung zur Professionalisierung von Lehrpersonen. Systematiken der vielfältigen Auffassungen von Fachdidaktik und Bildungswissenschaften (Research on the Professionalization of Teachers, Focusing on Various Approaches to Subject Didactics and Educational Sciences), in November 2022 at the University of Tübingen.

Since January 2023, he has been working as a postdoctoral researcher as part of the University of Tübingen's Innovation Grant, aiming to develop methods for clarifying ambiguous concepts and topics in educational sciences for teacher education. He is also involved in transferring the results into a webinar, developing digital tools, and producing further research overviews.

In addition, he conducts research in the project "Systematization of Research on the Teaching Profession" (SYSTEM). The project aims to gain comprehensive overviews of key discourse lines in the academic discourse on teacher education through Conceptual Systematic Reviews.

Since October 2020, Felix Schreiber has been a member of the DFG-funded network Erziehungswissenschaft | en? Empirie(n), Epistemologie(n) und Geschichte(n) erziehungswissenschaftlicher Theorieentwicklung und Forschung (Educational Science|s? Empiricism, Epistemologies, and Histories of Educational Theory Development and Research) (funding until 09/2023).
