Welcome to the Integrative Transcriptomics Research Group!

Our research focus is on the: 

  • development of (web-)tools that allow the analysis of genomics, transcriptomics and/or proteomics data;
  • visualization of the data obtained from omics-analysis tools;
  • analysis of (ancient) (pan-)genomic data;
  • analysis of expression data and of the transcriptome's architecture of prokaryotes;
  • development of machine learning methods for dimensionality reduction;
  • analysis of proteomics data using machine learning methods.
