The outbreak of the corona virus has upset our everyday life and social conditions worldwide. From the effects on the economy, travel bans, and working conditions, to the massive restrictions on public life, to the individual consequences of contact and exit restrictions - the consequences of the pandemic are visible and tangible everywhere. The crisis raises questions of responsibility and appropriate handling of a situation that is new to us. It confronts us with a deep vulnerability.
