Trust in the Corona warning App?

In the coming weeks the Corona-Warn-App will be released in Germany. For this project to succeed, it requires a sufficiently high usage rate among the population and therefore public trust in such digital contact tracing measures. In a guest article, Robert Ranisch argues that a sound scientific basis for justified trust is lacking. He describes in Die Tageszeitung (taz) how this could become a dilemma for the success of the Corona warning app.
