Ruben Burkard earned a bachelor’s degree in General Rhetoric and History, as well as a master’s degree in General Rhetoric. During his studies, he worked as a writing skills tutor and as a research assistant at the Research Center for Presentation Skills. As part of his master’s program, he completed the Trainer Academy in 2019.
In his professional work, he designs, leads, and evaluates teacher training programs for “Jugend präsentiert,” which help educators promote presentation skills as a core competency in the classroom. In his doctoral dissertation, “The History of Presentation” (working title), he examines the historical contexts of the presentation format.
