Machine Learning Methods in Business and Economics

Machine Learning Methods in Business and Economics

Our research spans labor, development, and political economy with a focus on the socioeconomic effects of modern and traditional media as well as on social norms and discrimination. Beyond the topical focus, we develop and apply machine learning methods to both accurately identify economic effects and draw insights from unconventional or unstructured data (e.g. image, video, text, audio).
