Neues Angebot für Schülerinnen und Schüler
Der Podcast "hochschulreif" unterstützt Schülerinnen und Schüler bei der Studienwahl. In jeder Folge laden Alexandra Becker (Zentrale Studienberatung) und Christoph Jäckle (Hochschulkommunikation) eine Fachexpertin oder einen Fachexperten aus dem jeweiligen Studienfach zum Gespräch ein. Das Interview gibt erste Einblicke in die wichtigsten Inhalte des Studienfachs, in die persönlichen Voraussetzungen für das Studium und in mögliche Berufsperspektiven. In allen Podcasts sind auch Studierende zu hören. So werden vor den Interviews Tübinger Studierende des Fachs befragt, welche persönlichen Erfahrungen sie mit der Studienwahl gemacht haben, wie ihr Studienalltag aussieht und welche beruflichen Wünsche sie haben.
Vier Podcasts gibt es bereits auf den gängigen Kanälen, weitere sind in der Produktion. Die Podcasts erscheinen künftig monatlich.

#01: Germanistik / Deutsch
Ist Germanistik eigentlich ein "Laberfach"? Und was macht man später überhaupt damit? Die Antworten auf diese und viele weitere Fragen erfahrt ihr in unserer ersten Folge von "hochschulreif". Für das Studienfach Germanistik/Deutsch haben wir Professorin Dr. Annette Gerok-Reiter eingeladen. Mit ihr sprechen wir unter anderem darüber, was sie selbst zum Studium motiviert hat, was ihr im Studium so alles lernt und in welchen Berufsfeldern Germanistinnen und Germanisten arbeiten können. Zu allen Themen hört ihr auch Statements von Tübinger Studierenden.
#02: Evangelische Theologie
Wie viele alte Sprachen muss ich im Theologiestudium lernen? Und wie wichtig ist mein Glaube für das Studium? Über diese und andere Fragen sprechen wir mit unserem Studiogast Professor Dr. Volker Leppin zum Studienfach Evangelische Theologie. Außerdem berichten Tübinger Studierende über ihre Beweggründe für ein Theologiestudium, was sie an ihrem Studium begeistert und wohin sie beruflich damit möchten.
#03: Jura / Rechtswissenschaft
Stimmt es, dass man mit einem Abschluss in Jura beruflich später alles machen kann? Wie lange dauert so ein Studium eigentlich? Und wie sieht eine typische Woche im Jurastudium aus? Über alle Fragen rund ums Jurastudium sprechen wir mit dem Tübinger Studienfachberater Daniel Höfer. Im Vorfeld haben wir Studierende für euch gefragt, warum sie sich für ein Jurastudium entschieden haben, was sie in ihrem Studienalltag so machen und welche Berufswünsche sie haben.
#04: Mathematik
Was unterscheidet die Hochschulmathematik von Mathe in der Schule? Welche Herausforderungen gibt es im Mathestudium? Und wie kreativ kann so ein Studium sein? Zu Gast für unsere Folge über das Studienfach Mathematik ist Prof. Dr. Thomas Markwig. Er gibt Einblicke in die verschiedenen Bereiche der Mathematik, in Vorzüge und Herausforderungen des Studiums sowie in mögliche Berufsperspektiven. Außerdem verraten Studierende, was ihnen am Mathestudium am besten gefällt und wie ihre Berufswünsche aussehen.
