Als Teil des Zertifikatsprogramms Wissenschaftsmanagement bieten die Roundtable einen Einblick in die konkreten Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben einzelner Personen, die im Wissenschaftsmanagement tätig sind. Bei diesem Round Table werden sich Nadine Balbach und Luise Nöllemeyer vorstellen. Beide sind Projektkoordinatorinnen von DFG Kollegforschungsgruppen an der Universität Tübingen und Absolventinnen des Zertifikatsprogrammes Wissenschaftsmanagment der Graduiertenakademie. Beide werden von ihrem jeweiligen Weg ins Wissenschaftsmanagement und von ihren unterschiedlichen Arbeitsbereichen erzählen und Ihre Fragen beantworten.  Der Roundtable richtet sich neben den Zertifikatsteilnehmenden an alle interessierten Promovierenden und Postdocs.

In the first 30 minutes of this session, Dr. Elena Kromidas will introduce the 3R Center Tübingen. The 3R Center Tübingen is an interdisciplinary research center of the University of Tübingen and the NMI Reutlingen, which is dedicated to the development and application of human-relevant in-vitro models. With its Core Facility, the center supports researchers by providing access to innovative technology, methodological advice and targeted training.

In the second 30 minutes of this session, Heike Größl, will introduce the Cluster of Excellence Machine Learning and how the Cluster supports early career researchers, especially post-docs, at this important stage in their academic career.
