Evaluation of the Municipal Law Enforcement Service Munich (KAD)

Since November 2019, the Endowed Professorship of Crime Prevention and Risk Management has been evaluating the Municipal Law Enforcement Service of the City of Munich (Kommunaler Außendienst/KAD). The process and impact evaluation of the KAD in terms of implementation, organizational structure, effectiveness and perspective development is scheduled to last two years. The methodological procedure includes expert interviews and written surveys, as well as participatory observations and a file and document analysis.
