Muriel is a doctoral researcher at the University of Tübingen with a background in physics and climate science. In her PhD project, she works on:

  • Isotope-enabled climate modeling and model-data comparisons for past and present climate
  • Relations between climate variability, climate sensitivity and parameter choices in an Earth System Model of Intermediate Complexity
  • Objective climate model tuning strategies that combine constraints from the present-day and glacial climate
