The research group in General & Computational Linguistics has been and is still developing and maintaining language resources and tools. A syntactically annotated corpus ('treebank'), based on texts taken from a German newspaper ("die tageszeitung"), the German wordnet "GermaNet" and a collection of German neologisms called "Wortwarte", are only some of the examples. Other resources are listed in the following sections. These resources are used mainly in the context of language engineering applications. The majority of these resources can be used free of charge if no rights of third parties prevent this. For most resources we just ask you to fill in and sign a licence. For further details, please consult the description of the individual resource.
