Best Entry to the BioVis Challenge @ VIS'23

Our joint contribution to this year's BioVis Challenge was awarded as the best contribution!

We're excited to share that "ProtEGOnist" was named the best contribution at this year's BioVis Challenge at the VIS'23!

ProtEGOnist offers a fresh approach to visualizing large interaction networks, using EGO neighborhoods as its core principle. This project was a collaborative effort with the Big Data Visual Analytics in Life Sciences group, led by Michael Krone.
