Guest Lecture and Case Study

On Friday, January 10, 2020, two representatives from hkp (Anna-Maria Hirschfeld, Florian Hauser) gave a presentation on „Compensation and Incentive Design: Executive Board Compensation in Germany“ in the lecture „B540 Personnel Economics“. The presentation was followed by a case study where students in groups of 4-5 worked on the design of a CEO compensation scheme and were then given feedback by the representatives from hkp. The pictures show Anna-Maria Hirschfeld and Florian Hauser as well as a group of students while working on the case and preparing their presentation.
