Guest Lecture in “Personnel Economics”

On December, 12, 2018, two representatives from hkp, Dr. Pia Lünstroth and Florian Hauser, M.Sc., a graduate from the Tübingen School of Business and Economics, gave a guest lecture on “Compensation and Incentive Design – Example Executive Board Compensation in Germany”. The guest lecture was followed by a case study where the lecture participants had the task to design a CEO’s compensation package in the form of short term incentives (STI) as well as long term incentives (LTI). Subsequently, the representatives from hkp gave feedback on the students’ presentations and discussed them in class. The students enjoyed the lively discussions with the representatives from hkp – especially during the case study.
