Hochkarätige Praktiker-Gastvorträge / Top-class practitioner guest lectures

Am Montag, den 09.01.2023 und am Mittwoch, den 11.01.2023 fanden auf Einladung des Lehrstuhls zwei hochkarätig besetzte Praktiker-Vorträge in Veranstaltungen des Lehrstuhls statt: In der B.Sc.-Veranstaltung „B340 Organisation“ sprach Nils Brawanski von der hkp///group über das Thema „Vorstandsvergütung: Spiegel von Corporate Governance und Unternehmensstrategie“, und am 11.01.2023 sprach Dr. Pia Lünstroth, eine von 16 Partnern der hkp///group in der M.Sc.-Veranstaltung „B440 Personnel Economics“ über „Compensation and Incentive Design – Bringing Company Strategy to life“. Im Anschluss an den Gastvortrag von Frau Dr. Lünstroth bearbeiteten die Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung „B440 Personnel Economics“ in Kleingruppen eine Fallstudie, innerhalb derer sie auf Grundlage des Gelernten einen Vorschlag für ein Vergütungspaket eines Vorstandsmitglieds der META Platforms Inc. erarbeiten sollten. Im Anschluss stellten die Studierenden ihre Ergebnisse im Plenum vor und diskutierten diese mit der Praxisvertreterin.

On Monday, 09.01.2023 and on Wednesday, 11.01.2023 two top-class practitioner lectures took place on invitation by the chair: In the B.Sc. lecture "B340 Organization" Nils Brawanski from the hkp///group spoke on "Executive Board Compensation: Mirror of Corporate Governance and Corporate Strategy", and on 11.01.2023 Dr. Pia Lünstroth, one of 16 partners of the hkp///group spoke in the M.Sc. lecture "B440 Personnel Economics" on "Compensation and Incentive Design -Bringing Company Strategy to Life". Following the guest lecture by Dr. Lünstroth, the participants of the course "B440 Personnel Economics" worked in small groups on a case study in which they had to develop a proposal for a compensation package for a board member of META Platforms Inc. based on what they had learned. Afterwards, the students presented their results in plenary and discussed them with the practice representative.
