Presentations at the Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) 2022

The Department of HRM and Organization has presented two different research projects on effects of wage dispersion and on sexual orientation as invisible stigma at the Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE).

COPE is an annual conference on the economic analysis of personnel policies with about 80 speakers and 150 attendees. From 18^th-20^th of March 2022, the conference took place in Herning (Campus Aarhus University, Denmark).
