Top Five Paper 2019 in The Leadership Quarterly

Based on expert judgment and various metrics (downloads, citations etc.), the Editors of The Leadership Quarterly decided that the paper “Women directors, firm performance, and firm risk: A causal perspective“ jointly written by Philip Yang, Jan Riepe, Katharina Moser, Kerstin Pull and Siri Terjesen was among the top 5 papers submitted to The Leadership Quarterly in 2019. The authors, four of which are affiliated to the University of Tuebingen, feel honored for their paper being on the short list of papers to be considered for The Leadership Quarterly Best Paper Award in 2019.
