Application

Note: Personnel Economics (B440) as a prerequisite does not apply on a one-time basis in the summer term 2026 due to Prof. Pull‘s research semester in the preceding winter term 2025/26.

You must apply (and be selected) to take part in the Master seminar. Application was open until March 15^th, 2026. You can find the participation list here.

If you are selected, you also need to register for the “examination” in ALMA. This has to be done before the kickoff meeting (April 22^nd, 2026) or during the meeting, the latest.

Registration

Students who are accepted for the Master seminar are required to attend the kick-off meeting on April 22^nd, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Students who do not attend will not be able to take part in the seminar.

 

Formalities

ECTS: 9

Grading:

• Seminar paper (15 pages), presentation and discussion of own paper: 90%
• Active participation in the discussion of fellow students’ presentations: 10%

 

What is expected?

You are expected to independently select and work on a research question within your assigned topic area. An overview of topics and introductory literature can be found here.
