Mass Data Analysis: Solutions for Police Investigations
The use of software solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI) for complex data analysis in police applications raises a wide range of ethical questions regarding reliability, security, privacy, transparency, fairness, and accountability. In the preceding research projects PEGASUS and VIKING, these challenges were examined and addressed by the technical partners. MATRIX-PRO combines key findings from these two projects and their focused, practical further development with the goal of implementing an integrated solution for the analysis and linking of heterogeneous big data.
