What to do after getting the confirmation of participation?
First of all, the very good news is that your travel and your stay are funded. How to get to Tübingen and how to get the reimbursement for the travel?
a) Talk to the responsible person for this Summer School at your University (please see list of lecturers).

b) Search the CIVIS office at your University and get in touch with the CIVIS coordinator at your place. This person will answer your questions and assist you with the coverage of the costs.
Please arrange your trip by yourself. We welcome you in Tübingen, on Monday morning.

The organization team takes care of your accommodation.
You have to pay individually for your stay; the finances will be clarified directly by you with the CIVIS office at your University.
The organization team takes care of the meals during the Summer School.
