Best contribution from a collaboration between two IBMI groups: Congratulations!

We're excited to share that "ProtEGOnist" was named the best contribution at this year's BioVis Challenge at the VIS'23!

ProtEGOnist offers a fresh approach to visualizing large interaction networks, using EGO neighborhoods as its core principle. This project is a collaborative effort of the IBMI groups Integrative Transcriptomics (Prof. Dr. Kay Nieselt) and Big Data Visual Analytics in Life Sciences (Jun.-Prof. Dr. Michael Krone).
