ProtEGOnist offers a fresh approach to visualizing large interaction networks, using EGO neighborhoods as its core principle. This project is a collaborative effort of the IBMI groups Integrative Transcriptomics (Prof. Dr. Kay Nieselt) and Big Data Visual Analytics in Life Sciences (Jun.-Prof. Dr. Michael Krone).
