Änderung der schriftlichen Prüfungsleistung im Schwerpunktbereich 1a
ab der Frühjahrskampagne 2025 Aufsichtsarbeit schriftliche Prüfungsleistung
Mitteilung vom 13.12.2023:
Prof. Binder hat als Sprecher des Schwerpunktbereichs 1a die Art der schriftlichen Prüfungsleistung im Schwerpunktbereich 1a von Studienarbeit auf Aufsichtsarbeit geändert. Diese Mitteilung erfolgt gemäß § 15 Abs. 2 StudPrO. Sie gilt mit einer Vorlaufzeit von sechs Monaten. Bis zum 31.07.2024 werden noch Studienarbeiten ausgegeben.
Muss jemand wegen Krankheit von einer Prüfungsleistung zurücktreten, muss er gemäß § 23a Abs. 1 S. 3f. StudPrO unverzüglich ein ärztliches Attest einreichen, das die für die Beurteilung der Prüfungsunfähigkeit nötigen medizinischen Befundtatsachen enthält. Eine Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung reicht in der Regel nicht aus.
Hier finden Sie ein Formular, das Sie dem Arzt vorlegen können, damit Sie ein entsprechendes Attest bekommen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie sich in Alma nicht abmelden dürfen, wenn Sie ein Attest einreichen wollen, weil es sonst nicht verbucht werden kann. Bei einem Rücktritt im Rechtssinne, um die Möglichkeit der Ersatzklausur zu bekommen, müssen Sie angemeldet bleiben.
Keine verbindlichen Auskünfte kann das Prüfungsamt hinsichtlich der Anerkennung von Studienzeiten und Studienleistungen im Ausland als Fremdsprachenkompetenznachweis gemäß § 9 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 JAPrO 2002 und der Ableistung von praktischen Studienzeiten gemäß § 5 JAPrO erteilen. Hierfür wenden Sie sich bitte zuständigkeitshalber an das Landesjustizprüfungsamt Baden-Württemberg.
