Instructions for using our support software

Below you will find instructions on how to use the support software we use (Windows Quick Assist).

Step 1:
First, go to the desktop of your PC and press the Windows key. Then the Windows "Start menu" opens. Without clicking on anything, type in "Quick Assist". Now you should see as on the screenshot as the first entry the APP "Quick Assist". Now click on "Open".

Step 2:
Now the remote help should start and after a few seconds you should see the window "Quick Assist" as in the screenshot. Now enter in the box "Code from assistant" the code we mentioned. Then press the blue button "Share screen".

Step 3:
After a few seconds, a prompt should appear asking you to confirm the access. Confirm this screen by clicking on the blue button "Allow".

Done
