Welcome, Elira!

We’re excited to welcome Elira as a new PhD student to our team! As part of the DANIO-ReCODE Project, Elira will be working on innovative genome browser technologies to improve the visualization of time-resolved single-cell and bulk multi-omics data. Her project, part of the DANIO-ReCODE training network, will support a deeper understanding of vertebrate regeneration by integrating data from CAGE, RNA-seq, and ATAC-seq experiments.
