Computational Systems Biology of Infections and Antimicrobial-Resistant Pathogens

Systems Biology I (BIOINF3371)

Lecture with Excercises

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this course will take place virtually every Tuesday at 2 p.m. via ZOOM link placed in the ILIAs page until further notice. The weekly tutorial session will take place every Thursday at 4 p.m. via ZOOM link too. If you encounter any difficulties accessing the information, please contact either Dr. Reihaneh Mostolizadeh or Dr. Bashir S. Mienda.
This year, “Systems biology I” is conducted in a flipped classroom. Students watch lectures and pre-recorded videos while engaging in concepts, collaborating in weekly discussions with lecturers’ guidance of the lecture hour’s content. Emphasis will be on quintessential approaches and answering questions. In the tutorial, the students work in groups to solve homework problems and complete a term project.
