Interdisciplinary Ethics Mediation
At the Ethics Centre, questions and topics are researched in the sciences and fields of practice; accordingly, the teaching at the IZEW is not limited to the discipline of philosophy, but also takes up current questions from society. Teaching is offered for different teaching contexts.
Teaching contexts
- Ethical competences in the teaching profession within the educational-scientific accompanying study in the Bachelor of Education and Master of Education
- Certificate programme “Ethics in practice”, open to all students of all subjects
- Other teaching contexts in various Bachelor's and Master's degree programs
Ethical questions and problems are not limited to the discipline of philosophy, but also arise within the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. Therefore, interdisciplinary ethics mediation is of central importance at the IZEW.
