Marcel Burkart studied General Rhetoric and Linguistics at bachelor's level and General Rhetoric at master's level. During his studies, he worked as an assistant at the Presentation Skills Research Unit. There, he completed his training as a rhetoric trainer under Dr Carmen Lipphardt in 2019. From 2023 to 2024, he was a guest lecturer at DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen. Since March 2025, he has been working as a research assistant at the Presentation Skills Research Unit. His dissertation project deals with the topic of AI and presentation skills.
