Natalie Steiner studied General Rhetoric and Slavic Studies (B.A.) at the University of Tübingen and completed her master's degree in Rhetoric, also in Tübingen. During her studies, she trained as a rhetoric trainer under Dr Carmen Lipphardt in 2019. Since July 2023, she has been working as a research assistant at the Presentation Skills Research Unit at the Research Center for Science Communication.

In her practical work, she primarily designs, leads, and evaluates training courses for school students participating in the Jugend präsentiert competition.
