Förderprogramme des Landes Baden-Württemberg und des Bundes an der UT

Die Universität Tübingen unterstützt die erfolgreiche Teilnahme ihrer Wissenschaftlerinnen an den Förderprogrammen des Landes und des Bundes u.a. durch Antragsberatung und Kofinanzierung.  

Das Margarete von Wrangell-Juniorprofessorinnen-Programm gibt neu berufenen Juniorprofessorinnen die Möglichkeit, für die Dauer von drei Jahren die Stelle einer wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiterin einzuwerben.  Das vom Land geförderte Programm MuT - Mentoring und Training bietet die Vermittlung von Mentor*innen sowie Fortbildungen zu überfachlichen Schlüsselqualifikationen für Privatdozentinnen, Juniorprofessorinnen, Habilitandinnen, Postdoktorandinnen und Doktorandinnen an Hochschulen in Baden-Württemberg an.

Das Professorinnenprogramm 2030 des Bundes und der Länder zielt auf die Erhöhung der Anzahl von Frauen in Spitzenpositionen in der Wissenschaft.  Voraussetzung für die Einwerbung von bis zu drei 5-Jahres-Finanzierungen für erstberufene Professorinnen ist ein positiv begutachtetes Gleichstellungskonzept für Parität der Hochschule, das auf nachhaltige, strukturelle Verankerung von Gleichstellungsmaßnahmen abzielt.  Die Universität Tübingen hat bereits drei Mal (2008, 2013, 2018) erfolgreich am Professorinnenprogramm teilgenommen und insgesamt 9 Professuren eingeworben. Aktuell läuft die Bewerbung für die vierte Programmphase. 

Margarete von Wrangell - Juniorprofessorinnen-Programm

Mit dem Margarete von Wrangell-Programm fördert das Ministerium für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Kunst Baden-Württemberg (MWK) ein „Tandem“ aus neu berufener Juniorprofessorin und frisch promovierter Post Doc (Ausschlussfrist 2 Jahre nach Promotionsabschluss). Aus Landes- und ESF-Mitteln finanziert das Programm für die frisch promovierte Post-Doc eine 100% wiss. Mitarbeiterinnenstelle (E13, in Ausnahmefällen E14) für den Zeitraum von 3 Jahren.

Antragsberechtigtsind alle Juniorprofessorinnen und Tenure-Track-Professorinnen nach § 51b LHG (W1 auf W3) an den staatlichen Universitäten, Pädagogischen Hochschulen sowie der Kunst- und Musikhochschulen Baden-Württembergs aller Fachrichtungen, die sich in den ersten 18 Monaten nach Antritt ihrer Junior- bzw. Tenure-Track-Professur befinden (maßgeblich ist der Posteingang im MWK).

Die Antragstellung ist laufend möglich und über die Hochschulleitung beim MWK einzureichen. Antragstellerin ist die Juniorprofessorin.

MuT - Mentoring und Training für Frauen

MuT - Mentoring und Training ist ein Programm zur berufsbegleitenden Unterstützung und Förderung von hochqualifizierten Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen in Baden-Württemberg. Frauen, die eine Professur anstreben, sollen gezielt darin unterstützt werden, ihre Kompetenzen umzusetzen und ihre Karrierechancen erfolgreicher auszuschöpfen.

Das MuT-Programm besteht aus folgenden Elementen: 1. Orientierungsveranstaltung, 2. Trainings, Workshops & Tagungen, 3. Beratung & Coaching, 4. Vermittlung einer Mentorin/eines Mentors, 5. Vernetzung.

An dem Programm können Habilitandinnen und Privatdozentinnen, Postdoktorandinnen sowie Doktorandinnen aus Hochschulen in Baden-Württemberg teilnehmen.
