Have you ever wondered how some people manage to get everything done and have every aspect of their lives under control? This workshop introduces you to the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM), a scientifically-based method that helps you clarify your personal life themes, develop meaningful goals, and discover your own resources to activate the psychological tools needed for goal-oriented action.
What is ZRM and how does it work? The ZRM approach helps you develop and expand your self-management abilities through a systematic process that integrates both conscious and unconscious motivations. The method recognizes that sustainable goal achievement requires alignment between what we consciously want and what unconsciously drives us.
The ZRM Process in this Workshop:
• Goal Clarification: Identify your personal life themes and transform them into concrete, actionable objectives
• Motive Synchronization: Use imagery and metaphorical language to align conscious intentions with unconscious motivations
• Resource Discovery: Uncover your existing strengths and capabilities that support goal achievement
• Action Planning: Develop practical strategies that integrate both rational planning and intuitive wisdom
• Resistance Management: Learn to overcome inner obstacles by working with, rather than against, your natural psychological processes
Why does ZRM work? By synchronizing conscious and unconscious motives through vivid, imagery-rich language, ZRM enables the integration of deeper motivational forces. This alignment has been proven to significantly increase implementation success, as your entire psychological system works toward the same goal rather than in conflict.
With this course you will enable yourself to:
• formulate attractive and motivating goals that resonate with your deepest values and desires
• bring healthy stability into your life by aligning your actions with your authentic motivations
• overcome inner resistance by understanding and integrating unconscious driving forces
• develop sustainable self-management skills that support both academic success and personal fulfillment
