Project

This framework integrates didactic-methodological, legal, and ethical criteria to support teachers and learners in selecting and using digital tools effectively and responsibly. The subproject focuses on the ethical evaluation of AI-based learning software. It develops criteria addressing, among other aspects, the critical reflection of AI use, the promotion of digital sovereignty, and age- and competence-appropriate design. Additional focal points include accessibility, diversity sensitivity, and the aesthetic representation of AI agents and companions (e.g., issues of anthropomorphism). The project also considers user participation, protection against inaccurate or discriminatory AI outputs, the safeguarding of vulnerable groups, and effective mechanisms for problem reporting and complaint management.

The resulting system of criteria will be made available as a freely accessible online resource platform for educators. The platform is designed to be sustainable and continuously updated over time.
