• Find a PhD position in one of the IGIM departments
• Contact the IGIM coordination office (CO) for further information and to receive all necessary forms for registration at the IGIM and acceptance as a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Science or Medicine
• apply at the Faculty of Science or Medicine
• enroll as student at the University (or apply for exception)
• Get your thesis logbook which contains information about the IGIM
• Participate in activities and collect the required credit points
• Complete your doctoral degree
• Receive the IGIM Certificate

Please note that the IGIM registration does not replace the Application for Acceptance at the Faculty of Science or Medicine.

1st Monday of the month 9:30 a.m.: Auf der Morgenstelle 24 (F-Bau, 3C01)
3rd Friday of the month 2 p.m.: Elfriede-Aulhorn-Str. 6 (Medical Microbiology)
