Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology

Amelie Rebmann

Amelie Rebmann is the Deputy Program Director of the Hector Children’s Academies Program at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology at the University of Tübingen. In this role, she supports the conceptual and organizational development of the program and oversees its implementation in practice.

In addition, she is responsible for public relations and science communication for the Hector Children’s Academies, helping to make research findings and topics related to gifted education accessible to a wider audience. Communication and public engagement play a key role in this work: through projects such as the development of a new website with target-group-specific messaging or the introduction of innovative social media formats, research findings and issues in gifted education are made visible—thereby raising awareness of educational equity.
