Certificate of compulsory internship for the internship provider (if required)
Please submit the certificate together with a current transcript of records to the internship coordinator.

Certificate of recognition (compulsory internship) (recommended)
With the confirmation of the internship provider and a copy of the internship contract, we recommend obtaining a certificate of recognition from the internship coordinator before completing the internship.

Application to take a semester off (only possible in the case of voluntary internships!)
