The ZMBP Analytics unit provides analytical services for qualitative and quantitative analyses of primary (e.g. organic acids, amino acids and sugars) and secondary metabolites (e.g. indolics, phenylpropanoids, flavonoids, glucosinolates and alkaloids). In addition total unknown metabolomics studies and structural assignment of unknown compounds are conducted. Moreover dedicated peptide, protein interaction and ligand binding work is provided.
