Wir sind:

  • Ein Verein, der sich zum primären Ziel gesetzt hat die Archäologie des Mittelalters im Bereich der Forschung und Lehre zu unterstützen.
  • Ein Verein, der sich nicht nur an Universitätsangehörige, sondern darüber hinaus an alle, die an der Archäologie des Mittelalters interessiert sind, wendet.
  • Ein Verein, der verschiedene Publikationen, Vorträge und Exkursionen für interessierte Mitglieder bietet.

Wir bieten:

  • Unterstützung und Förderung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und Projekten in der Abteilung Archäologie des Mittelalters am Institut für Ur- und Frühgeschichte und Archäologie des Mittelalters der Universität Tübingen
  • Förderung von Publikationen zu Themen der Archäologie des Mittelalters in Zusammenarbeit mit dem vereinseigenen Verlag
  • Das jährlich erscheinende Mitteilungsblatt "Informationen zur Archäologie des Mittelalters"
  • Mehrere Fachvorträge während den laufenden Semestern
  • Verschiedene Exkursionen zu archäologischen Ausstellungen, Denkmälern, Fundstellen usw.
  • Gemeinsame Feste zum Austausch mit Gleichgesinnten
