Ying-Chu Wu is an Assistant Professor of Law in the Department of Public Administration at Tamkang University in Taiwan. She received her Doctor of Laws degree (Dr. iur.) from the University of Trier. Her research interests focus on the constitutional problem of political party funding and human rights with an emphasis on information privacy and data protection. She teaches courses in Constitutional Law, Data protection, and Administrative Law. Her current research concerns bias and discrimination in AI and the relationship between political parties and members of the Legislative Yuan.
