Project: Phage traits as targets and indicators for agricultural soil management

The effects of agricultural practices on soil phage communities remain poorly understood because of their high diversity and spatial variability. This project uses a trait-based approach to investigate how phage traits respond to agricultural management and how they can serve as indicators of soil health.
