Corporate Strategy: M&A and Divestitures (winter term 25/26)

This module discusses corporate strategy of modern multibusiness firms and presents empirical studies on how corporate scope decisions might create or destroy value. It analyzes how corporate transactions are used to restructure business portfolios, with a particular focus on understanding the role of mergers & acquisitions (M&As) and divestitures within a firm´s corporate strategy.
