Prof. Dr. Martin Hautzinger is a full university professor of psychology. He heads both the department of developmental psychology as well as the psychotherapeutical health care centre at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Tuebingen. Besides, he is

• member of the expert council for psychology at the German Research Foundation
• member of the executive board of the private Tuebingen Academy for behaviour therapy

Martin Hautzinger's research focuses on intervention research (Psychotherapy, Prevention), affective disorders, anxiety disorders, alcohol addiction, psycho-physiological disorders, physical and psychological disorders at infancy and adolescence among other issues.
