Here you will find all the necessary steps to take while abroad.

The following things need to be done during your stay abroad:

At the beginning of your study abroad:

1) Discuss the Learning Agreement with the Erasmus coordinator there and send us the signed document.

2) If you have applied for a mobility grant, take note of the documents required at the beginning of your Erasmus studies (e.g. Certificate of Registration). You can find all the necessary information in the checklist of the International Affairs Office.

At the end of your study abroad:

1) Get an official Transcript of Records. This is a data transcript of your academic achievements, which will be issued to you by the partner university.

2) Write us a postcard.
