I am Richard Schulte and have been a member of the research group Mathematics and its Didactics since September 2023.
As part of the MINT-ProNeD project (Professional Networks for the Promotion of Adaptive, Process-Oriented, Digitally Supported Innovations in STEM Teacher Education), I am involved in the development and implementation of professional development programs for mathematics teachers. Additionally, I work on establishing professional learning communities between teachers and researchers to collaboratively develop research-based and practice-oriented teaching concepts. The main focus is on fostering students’ process-related competencies in adaptive, digitally supported mathematics instruction.
In addition to my work in the MINT-ProNeD project, I have been a PhD student under Walther Paravicini since May 2024. My research focuses on the perspectives of teachers and students on practice technologies in mathematics education, using MatheBattle as an example. A particular emphasis is placed on the learning effectiveness of automated feedback.
