Load new Database Protein Prospector
- Download database
www.zmdb.iastate.edu - Umpack the files with winzip (or other unpacker)
- Copy file to D:\http\sequdb
- rename to dbest....fasta (i.e. dbest.ZMtuc031022.fata)
- Open file with Word (as a textfile !) and check the annotation
>gi|1111111|gb|Name|
or replace > to >gi|1111111|gb|Name| - Open Internet Explorer, type "Kursraum1" into Adressbar.
